Tervis tumbler

Tervis Tumblers come with an unconditional lifetime guarantee. Any Tervis Tumbler, even if currently owned by someone other than the original owner, can be replaced free of charge (all Tervis tumblers feature the company name on the bottom, which along with a return form, downloadable from the company website, is all the company requires for replacement). Shipping the damaged or defective item to Tervis is at the customer's expense; Tervis pays to ship the replacement item. If the original design is not available a similar design or plain tumbler is substituted. The guarantee does not apply to ice buckets, lids and straws, or personalized items.

In addition to its in-house designs, Tervis carries marquis licensing agreements with all four of the major American sports leagues (MLB, NBA, NFL, and NHL), nearly all of the major NCAA colleges and universities, several Minor League Baseball franchises, all branches of the United States Armed Forces, and many notable companies such as John Deere, Coca-Cola and Disney (including Marvel Comics which Disney owns). Custom designs are available which can either be supplied by the purchaser or designed by Tervis.
